Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM)

BREEAM is the “world’s leading sustainability assessment method”. Their assessments judge how environmentally efficient and user-friendly your business premises are.

Measure the energy efficiency of your sites and properties

Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) and Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM)

SBEM and SAP calculate the energy efficiency of new builds, extensions, refurbishments, and new commercial buildings. Both are a legal requirement, introduced by the government in 2007.

Since 2013, it’s more difficult to become SBEM and SAP compliant. CCC Energy provide compliance guidance and advice for all sectors, based on the same Ene 01 benchmark scale used by assessors.
